ACO Branson Major is a 2-day points-earning tournament in which players from all Regions come together at the world-class Branson Convention Center to compete for points and prizes to qualify for Worlds in July. Competing World Divisions include: Singles, Doubles, Seniors, Seniors Doubles, Womens, Women's Doubles, Juniors, COED and Big Blind Draw. The playing format for singles and doubles is each player will participate in pool play with the top 3 finishers from each pool advancing to the Championship bracket. The other finishers will be able to play in Tier 2 or Tier 3 for additional points. Membership is not required to participate; however, to be eligible for the prize purse and prize jersey must become a member prior to the start of the Major.

With the addition of Casey Kavanagh on sax and keys and Dean Dazey on bass, Papa Green Shoes has solidified itself as one of the funkiest, soul-filling blues bands you’ll ever hear!
This Memorial Day, join the Tri-Lakes area community for an air show festival full of hair-raising aerobatic thrills that will benefit lives of area youth. The free event will be held Monday, May 31st at the Branson Airport Jet Center, 130 Wright Brothers Road, Hollister, Missouri. Donations for The Boys & Girls Club of the Ozarks will be accepted at the event. The air show festivities will begin at 11:00 am with flying acts scheduled throughout the day until 5:00pm. World renowned aerobatic pilot Mike "Spanky" Galloway will headline the airshow in his Extra 300, with additional aerobatics from Stephen Covington flying his Pitts S2S Bi-plane, The Raptor. Capping off these two world-class performers is Justin Lewis, a former Navy Pilot, in an FLS MicroJet, the Worlds Smallest Jet, which has been thrilling airshow audiences all over the world. Rounding out the day, in addition to five air show acts, will be Live Music on stage from favorite Local Bands, Food Trucks, Kids Activities, Bounce Houses, Craft Vendors, Collector Car Show, Tomahawk Tailgating video games & music, Wine & Beer Garden and more. Spend the day visiting the glass artists that we have all grown to love. We will have over 30 vendors with handmade marbles, glass figurines and more in a nice air-conditioned space. We will not be able to have our live, glass blowing demonstrations this year, but guests can partake in world famous marble hunting activities with the World's Elite Marble Hunt. This event will be collecting donations for both Christian Action Ministry and Taney County Crisis Center during the event. Our vendors will come from across the U.S.
40+ law enforcement vehicles will be slowly parading down the Promenade with their lights on for a “light run” at 8 PM. Parade will be led by a banner and bagpipers. Following the parade, 5-6 police vehicles will be staged in front of the main fountain around 8:30 PM. Bagpipe performance and reading the names of fallen officers followed by a moment of silence.

Opening band will start playing at 7 pm. Eastern Heights is a modern country band, with high energy, tight harmonies, and mind-blowing musicianship. Eastern Heights consist of Lead Singer Rob Blackburn, Lead Guitarist and Musical Director Grant Moody. Although primarily a modern country band, the boys are very versatile and play multiple genres such as Rock, Pop, Disco, Funk, Classic Country, and Today’s Country to name a few.
